What a Beautiful Day!

It is such a Beautiful Day today!
(and yesterday)
From the sun coming out to play...
to the beautiful messages from Conference.
We enjoyed sitting in our frontroom
the floor covered with coloring papers and confrence packets.
The sad part is that I don't remember anything from Conference...
the good part is that we have it tivo'd.
Which I plan on watching this next week while cleaning or folding laundry.

It made my day to send my boys off to school and hear the bus pick them up and drive them away. It will also make my day when I hear the bus pull up and drop my two precious little guys off again.

It's Blabbing day today!! Are they kidding me? A day I can just go on and on about nothing? (I bet they created this day for the children)LOL! So I found a brand of shoes that I absolutely love to look at. I have not worn or own a pair but would love to in the future. I just think paying more than $20 for a pair of shoes is crazy! And most of there shoes are $50+ These are one of my favorite!! But I haven't been able to find them cheaper than $89 that's a little steep.(I think) I will find them cheaper you just watch. They might be out of style by the time I can purchase them but I will have them. I love these too! I think I have a new hobby.. collecting shoes, now if I could only afford them. I have a couple of kids who have a difficult time channeling their Anger. So we are thinking of putting them into AKIDO (martial arts). Let it Snow!

Here are some pictures of our neighborhood. The kids have had a blast in the snow. Some of the kids comments ... Callie.."It's a miracle" Andrew.."I want to go play in it" (this being about 11p.m.) Brandon .. "I need water to build a snowman"(?) Kids..."It's cold outside" Being so cold outside it is great weather for soup! I used my soup making skills (lol) and tried my hand at French Onion Soup! It turned out very tasty! Next time we will brown the onions more and hopefully we will have the right types of cheese. But no complaints from the kids (surprising) I will definitely make this again. For recipe click here .
